Order Processing

All orders are processed and sent to production within 1 hour of being placed. Since every product is made-to-order, fulfillment begins immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Once your order reaches our manufacturing partner, it typically ships within 2–3 business days.

Note: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require an additional 7 – 12 business days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

  • Peak holiday or high-volume shipping periods
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier or customs delays

We will always do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays with your order.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use the provided link to follow your package’s progress at any time.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Please check your tracking number first for the latest carrier updates.
  2. If your order appears stuck or missing, contact us immediately at support@room234.com (or through our contact page)

We will coordinate directly with the carrier to help locate or replace your order promptly.
